Since we’re relocating to a new Headquarters, we wanted to make our inaugural General Meeting and Trade Show one for the ages! The RICH Table Hop is something our program directors have put together to provide one of the most exciting and incredibly jam-packed lineups we’ve ever had. This meeting won’t be your typical RICH digs – We will have 16 presenters (No, that is not a typo!) bringing you tailored and specific information for different sectors of Real Estate Investing! These are locally active Real Estate Experts handpicked by us for you, all of whom will be ready and willing to answer any and all of your burning questions! Of course, we will be hosting this event on March 2nd, 2013 at our brand new Headquarters for the first time ever!

Carlos Neto first flipped a few pieces of land starting in early 2000-2001. In 2006 I made a change to focus mainly on multi-family acquisition and operation. My first acquisition was a 31 unit, in 2007, then 140 units in 2007. Then in 2010, a bank foreclosed 86 unit, and in 2012, a bank foreclosed a 160 unit. At this time I focus on purchase of distressed property, witch can be turned around and with aggressive management to improve the quality of the asset.

Nik teaches the RICH 101 Wholesaling Class and has been wholesaling for 10 years with hundreds of transactions to his credit. His overview will entice you into wholesaling.

Laurie Ward has a long rap sheet with the RICH Club. A former President of the RICH Club and current Treasurer, Laurie also teaches the Follow the Money course in our 101 Class series.
