Code of Ethics


RICH members are expected to be civic-minded and willing to operate with high standards of honesty and integrity. We wish RICH to be synonymous with competence and fairness. As RICH members, we hereby bind ourselves to this code of ethics:

  1. We shall not discriminate against any person with regard to race, color, religion, age, national origin, sex, handicap or familial status as defined by current law.

  1. We will not intentionally misrepresent any material fact in our business dealings, including our business dealings with other members, customer or associate, and aim to always conduct business in a professional, fair manner.

  1. We shall endeavor to stay educated, informed and updated on matters affecting real estate issues in our communities, and adhere to local, state and federal laws.

  1. We shall perform our own due diligence and verify all assumptions regarding business decisions to prevent falling victim to fraud, misrepresentation, and illegal practices.

  1. We shall be proud members of RICH and not disparage the organization in any way, or participate in acts that would reflect poorly upon the club.

  1. A member who believes a violation of these principles has occurred shall present their case in writing to the Owners within ninety (90) days of the alleged infraction. The accused will be given a copy of the complaint and a chance to respond in writing or in person. After investigating, the Owners will present their findings and recommended a course of action to the parties involved. The Owners will issue a response to the complaint and will send all parties notice of their decision in writing.
