Returns: Physical Products – If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 7 calendar days to return any physical product item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Returns: Digital Products – There are no returns on digital products. Due to the nature of these products, we cannot issue a refund unless there are extenuating circumstances. Please contact us for additional information.

Returns: Events – There are no refunds on events once the event date has passed. Please contact our office to cancel your event registration at least 48 hours in advance of the event or we cannot guarantee your refund. Many of our events have strict attendance limitations and if you cancel, you have kept others from being able to attend. You may change attendees up to 24 hours before the event start time. Any refund requests due to family emergencies or other extenuating circumstance will be considered on a case by case basis. Please contact the office for additional information.
